Not a novice
Trees in urban areas do not only contribute energy and clean the air – they are also a significant wellness factor and, therefore, essential. We have developed an identification system that grows with the tree – the patented Arbo tag – because it is more and more important in urban areas to monitor and manage the tree inventories. The tags made of plastic have a star-shaped perforation: the bark simply pushes the marker tag with advancing growth further outward in the direction of the pin end.

Fastening technology
The practical equipment kit contains a weft hammer, tags magazine and carrying bag for tags and pins. The especially long handle on the hammer allows for the tags to be fastened beyond a height of 2.5 m – so that the tags cannot be removed by unauthorised persons.
Arbo-Tags
Our Arbo tags are comparatively inexpensive. Coloured black or white, numbered consecutively or provided with an individual text, they guarantee you with secure monitoring of the urban tree inventory.

The practical portable magazine with a capacity of 240 number tags in combination
with the magnetic nail seat in the specially developed Arbo hammer makes it
possible to quickly apply the tag to the trunk. Depending upon planting density,
between 120 and 200 Arbo tags can be attached per hour. Fixing heights of 2.5
to 2.8 m are possible using the special extended hammer shaft. The tags are
attached so high on the trunk that unauthorized removal is nearly impossible.
ARBO-TAG now available with aluminium or steel nails
Description
The fixing nails are available in robust steel and lightweight aluminium.
The advantage of aluminium: There are no flying sparks, no damage to saw blades and no machine downtime during processing in the sawmill. The aluminium nails are fixed to the hammer with a separate clamp. The clamp for the Arbo Tag hammer is available as an accessory.
The magnetic hammer head ensures that the steel nails are held securely.
ARBO TAG BARCODE BLACK
Description
Arbo tags are manufactured as sequential numbers in large quantities which allows a
comparatively low-price. Modern cadastral tree registers always have the possibility of
recording two numbers per tree: one that is actually fastened to the tree, an Arbo tag, and
an additional number that corresponds to the natural tree control sequence. The cut-out guarantees that the tag grows with the tree.
ARBO TAG RESITANT WHITE
Description
Arbo Tags can be supplied in BARCODE BLACK and RESISTANT WHITE, with barcode or/and with
text. The tags, imprinted with laser technology are durable and perfectly readable for many years.
